We provide procurement support through an international supply chain network with purchasing locations in Taiwan, Shanghai, and Japan. The company works with well-known international suppliers and local agents to support reliable material sourcing, multiple-source management, delivery control, and cost optimization for small-volume, high-mix and high-quality manufacturing projects.

- We use a world-class Oracle ERP data processing system to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective completion of all purchased material orders.

Logistics
Global Transportation, Warehouse and Inventory Control
Our logistics management support for domestic and international transportation, customs clearance, warehouse management, and inventory control.
With a Free Trade Area location, Oracle ERP logistics system, segregated electronic components warehouse, constant temperature and humidity storage, and FIFO feeding system, EEC helps customers improve supply chain efficiency and protect sensitive electronic components.

Manufacturing
Surface Mount Technology (SMT) process capability:
EEC supports front-end PCB assembly through SMT process capability, including high-speed, high-precision chip production lines, Panasonic mounters for fine-pitch components, 3D solder paste inspection, AOI inspection, X-RAY inspection and BGA rework support.
These capabilities help improve placement accuracy, soldering quality, defect detection and process stability for complex electronic assemblies.
- High-speed high-precision chip production lines with imported equipment from Europe and Japan.
- Panasonic mounters for very small fine-pitch components.
- Online 3D solder paste inspection (SPI) machines.
- AOI equipment to detect poor welding and prevent defective outflow.
- Dage X-RAY and BGA Rework Station for BGA product inspection and rework.
- Additional equipment includes modern solder paste process, lead-free soldering process, red glue dispensing equipment, nitrogen-protected soldering reflow oven, and FPC processing equipment.
Assembly capability:
EEC also provides back-end assembly capability with six assembly lines and two wave soldering DIP lines to support product assembly, DIP processing, and post-SMT production requirements. The company also provides PCB routing, V-CUT separation, ESD protection, automatic nitrogen soldering equipment, and Class 10,000 cleanroom facilities to support different product structures, assembly requirements, and quality control needs.

Quality Management
EEC applies the IATF 16949 automotive quality management system throughout the entire process, from order receipt to delivery. Through the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act, or Deming Cycle) methodology, EEC maintains strict process control and continuous audits to ensure high-quality and reliable products.

EEC has a broad supplier management program to provide effective long-term solutions to various customer needs, while ensuring the delivery of quality materials.
Supplier evaluation & selection
EEC constantly develops new high-quality suppliers through extensive industry experience and expertise. During the start-up phase of a new project, the development of potential key suppliers includes effective monitoring, supplier quality system improvement, and supply chain risk minimization to ensure product quality and timely delivery. Supplier performance assessment focuses on continuous improvement through the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA, or Deming Cycle) methodology shown above. For all suppliers, EEC’s hierarchical supplier management includes annual audits, quarterly performance ratings, and quality meetings whenever required.

3TG and Extended Minerals Supply Chain Management
EEC is committed to responsible minerals sourcing and supply chain transparency. According to its Responsible Minerals Sourcing Policy, the company monitors 3TG minerals, including tin, tantalum, tungsten, and gold, as well as extended minerals such as cobalt, lithium, natural mica, nickel, graphite, and copper.
EEC requires direct suppliers to support due diligence, traceability management, CMRT, and EMRT reporting, and encourages sourcing from smelters and refiners validated through RMAP or other third-party audit programs.
